3,450 budding buyers attend the London Home Show
Thousands attend the country’s leading first time buyer event
On Saturday 13th April 2024, Share to Buy welcomed 3,450 attendees to the London Home Show at the QEII Centre in Westminster, with this being the 11th year of the capital’s biggest first time buyer event.
The free event is the capital’s biggest exhibition for first time buyers, and offered attendees the chance to speak with 47 exhibitors all under one roof.
Available homes
Exhibitors included the biggest names in first time buyer developments across London and the Home Counties, including sponsors Abri Homes, FABRICA, Guinness Homes, Legal & General Affordable Homes, L&Q, NHG Homes, Peabody New Homes, SiteSales, SO Resi, Southern Housing New Homes and Square Roots.
A range of alternative housing providers, alongside mortgage brokers, conveyancing solicitors and first time buyer gurus offered free advice to thousands of hopeful buyers looking to take that first step onto the property ladder. Additionally, attendees were able to learn more about quality rental alternatives including Shared Ownership, Intermediate Rent, London Living Rent and Rent to Buy.

Budding buyers were invited to attend various workshops and seminars through the event, including:
- Ask the Experts: Shared Ownership 101 sessions.
- Affordability Sessions with Censeo Financial.
