You can provide one months’ rent in advance and one months’ rent as a security deposit, as well as the rent pro rata for the month during which you start tenancy
You can demonstrate your ability to pay the rent and accumulate savings.
The Mortimer apartment must be your primary residence and you do not own property either in the UK or abroad.
You will have been employed on a permanent contract for at least 3 months.

You can supply 3 months payslips or, if self employed, you will be able to provide a full set of accounts for the previous tax year or SA302 form plus 6 months bank statements.
