Carlton Place is part of a major regeneration scheme of 28 new homes located between Kilburn and Queens Park in London. The first of our one and two-bedroom shared ownership homes are ready to move into now.

Connections
You’re already located fairly central at Carlton Place – but getting across town is easy with stations nearby. Located in Zone 2, Queens Park is your closest station which is five minutes’ walk away. From there Paddington is just a five-minute ride, its 12 to Oxford Circus and 22 to London Waterloo.

Eating out
Salusbury Road is your closest foodie destination – and it’s a five-minute walk away. Here you’ll find familiar favourites like Gail’s and a growing number of independents such as Cocotte – a Modern French café. However, our pick of the bunch is a stroll around Queens Park Farmers Market – its open Sundays between 10am and 2pm.

The great outdoors
West London is known for its green spaces and picture postcard scenes. Queens Park and Paddington Rec are local to NWQ and Little Venice with the canal network are one stop from Queens Park. The world-famous Hyde Park, Regents Park and Hampstead Heath are in neighbouring boroughs.

Entertainment
Living in central London, your options are wide open with world famous venues or ‘in the know’ style pop-ups. Close to home, Salusbury Road has plenty of options. There’s The Lexi, an independent cinema, or in the summer the local parks host a range of events and festivals.
