  • The area is defined as Harrogate, Pannal & Burn Bridge.
  • A person within the household currently lives in the defined local area and has lived there for at least 3 years
  • or has close family (parents, children, brothers or sisters) ordinarily resident in the area (for a minimum period of 5 years)
  • or has previously lived in the area for a continuous period of 10 years
  • or is either in employment or has an offer of employment as their main place of work in the area and is a contract for a minimum of 12 months for at least 16 hours per week.
