Coastline will invite applications for two weeks, during this time our Sales Team will process applications on a first-come, first-served basis subject to receiving a full application.
There is a local connection requirement to purchase a home at Nine Maidens. The successful applicants will be able to evidence their local connection to Cornwall, with priority given to those who hold a local connection to the town of Penzance.
Once you have completed our application form and have been in touch with TMP to carry out your final assessment, please refrain from contacting the Sales Team whilst we process all of the applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
