Coastline Housing are delighted to be bringing brand-new shared-ownership homes to the town of St Austell! Applications for Phase 2 of Mulberry Gardens are set to open soon.

Phase 2 of Mulberry Gardens will offer five 4-bedroom homes, each featuring gas heating, a private rear garden and covered parking. Once applications open, they will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis once a complete application has been received.
