B) Local connection

Top priority will be given to households with a local connection to the Wingham Parish (use website to check if postcode is in the ward: Seat Explorer (electoralcalculus.co.uk).

Priority will then be given to households with a local connection to the parishes of Staple, Preston & Goodnestone.

Once applications from these areas have been considered and the homes remain unsold, we will accept applications from any region. They will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date we receive your completed application form via moathomes.co.uk. For more details, please refer to our sales policy.

A local connection means that you, or your immediate family, either have lived in the parish as permanent residents for at least 3 years without interruption or have lived there continuously for at least 4 out of the last 5 years.
