Coastline Housing is delighted to bring brand-new shared ownership homes to the town of Redruth! Applications for Phase 3 of Devenish Woods are set to open soon with a first sales phase of two plots, followed by the remaining six.

The first phase will offer two 3-bedroom homes, each featuring an air-source heat pump, a private rear garden and two parking spaces. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis once applications open and a complete application has been received.
