With Cross Keys Homes, Shared Ownership means you buy a share of a home that works for your budget - starting from as little as 10% up to 75% on initial purchase with most of our homes allowing for up to 100% ownership upon buying more shares where we would transfer you the freehold (lease dependent). You'll then pay a reduced rent on the remaining share, plus a monthly service charge.
