Newlon Living is the specialist home ownership and property sales team of Newlon Housing Trust, a charitable housing association dedicated to providing housing in London.
In recent years we have been a significant provider of new homes for affordable home ownership. We provide 1,300 Shared Ownership homes, mainly built in the last twenty years, including many developed as part of the major regeneration projects around Arsenal's Emirates Stadium and at Hale Village in Tottenham, which have transformed these two areas of London. We are proud to have supported so many people in the communities where we work and to be one of London's main developers of new affordable housing.

We started out by buying two houses for £10,500 in Hackney in August 1968, which were renovated and converted into flats and let at affordable rents. We still own these two houses today, along with around 8,350 more homes across North and East London and remain committed to supplying to the needs of one of the UK's most diverse communities. We have a proud record of providing award-winning developments and services whilst supporting the fight against homelessness.
