Shared Ownership is a fantastic scheme giving first time buyers and those who otherwise may not be able to afford a home the opportunity to purchase a share in a new build property. Buyers purchase an initial share between 25% and 75% and pay a subsidised rent on the remaining share. In the future you can usually buy further shares until you own your home outright.

Our Shared Ownership homes are designed with you in mind. With a tenure blind specification, whether you’re buying 25% of a home or 100%, you’ll receive the same standard of build, design and service.
