So Resi by Metropolitan Thames Valley is a not-for-profit housing association. We have helped create over 15,000 homes in London and the South-east because we want everyone to have a chance to build their lives from a good home. 

We work in partnership with a wide range of organisations – from private investment funds to local authorities – to help make home ownership possible for more people. Our expertise and experience, combined with the diverse strengths of our partners, means we are now helping even more people in more places than ever, creating more communities that people are happy to call home.

SO Resi is the Shared Ownership brand of Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, one of the largest housing associations in the country. We are a non-profit organisation and have been helping people own good quality homes for over 60 years.

Since pioneering Shared Ownership back in the 1970s, we’ve helped tens of thousands of people to become homeowners, all over London and the South East. We’ve shaped the market ever since - so you can trust the expertise behind everything we do.
