Almost 3,200 aspiring homebuyers attend the London Home Show
The country’s no.1 first time buyer event welcomes thousands of attendees
On Saturday 28th September 2024, almost 3,200 budding buyers attended Share to Buy’s London Home Show Autumn 2024 at the QEII Centre in Westminster, which marked the 20th live show of the capital’s leading exhibition for first time buyers.
Now in its 11th year, welcoming over 70,000 hopeful homebuyers since 2013, the free event is the UK’s biggest event for first time buyers, and provided guests with the opportunity to speak with over 40 exhibitors all under one roof, with unrivalled access to information on different buying schemes and products designed to help people step onto the property ladder.
Available homes
Exhibitors included the biggest names in first time buyer developments across London and the Home Counties, including sponsors Abri Homes, Aster Sales, FABRICA, Legal & General Affordable Homes, L&Q, NHG Homes, Peabody New Homes, Places for People, SiteSales, SO Resi, Southern Housing New Homes and Square Roots.
Various alternative housing providers, together with mortgage brokers, conveyancing solicitors and specialists in first time home-buying provided free guidance to thousands of aspiring buyers eager to make their initial move into homeownership. In addition, attendees had the opportunity to learn more about a range of high-quality housing options including Shared Ownership, Discount Full Ownership, Intermediate Rent, London Living Rent and Rent to Buy.
