London and Quadrant: Hundreds attend East London Homebuyer Event
Over 600 buyers attended L&Q’s first ever one-day East London Homebuyer Event on Thursday 11th July. Taking advantage of exclusive incentives on offer at the event, an impressive 20% of property applicants at the show made reservations on their dream home, totalling £15.5 million in sales.
Designed to simplify the home-buying process, the one-stop shop exhibition offered prospective buyers at every stage in the buying process, an opportunity to explore L&Q’s home ownership options.
For those looking to make a reservation, independent solicitors and mortgage advisors were on hand to provide free legal advice and financial assessments to qualify buyers. L&Q’s sales team shared information on eight East London developments, and guests were given the one-off opportunity to reserve a home at their preferred location.
The exclusive incentives included a one-year service charge holiday and legal fees paid, or a furniture pack, saving homebuyers up to £5,000.
