Share to Buy are hosts of the popular bi-annual London Home Show, which is celebrating its 12th year in 2025. Following the home show’s success in the capital and our first-ever Bristol Home Show last summer, we’re excited to be taking our leading property event on the road again this spring!
The Manchester Home Show has been created to help budding buyers in Manchester and the North West – whatever stage of the journey they’re at – navigate their way through the housing market, empowering them with the knowledge they need to find their space.
The event will play host to the region’s leading housing providers with exhibitors offering hundreds of homes available across Manchester and the surrounding areas. Attendees will also have access to free advice on affordable home-buying schemes such as Shared Ownership, Discount Full Ownership and other housing options.
Sponsors of the event include some of the biggest names in affordable housing, so come along to meet Gecko Homes, L&Q, Places for People, Plumlife and Tembo.
Throughout the day, there will be live Q&As and sessions covering everything from perfecting your credit score to understanding eligibility criteria, as well as affordability sessions, legal sessions and an array of other first time buyer talks with industry experts. Independent mortgage advisors and conveyancing solicitors will also be on hand to offer financial and legal advice to anyone looking to buy their own home.
