On Tuesday 23rd June 2020, we held the eighth instalment of our webinar series – Share to Buy’s Expert Sessions. Buying with a difference with L&Q – Help to Buy, Part Exchange and much more explained was hosted by Share to Buy’s Jade Turnstill, alongside Ruth White and Natalie Coe from L&Q.

The session discussed the different home-buying options available to a variety of purchasers – from first time buyers and second steppers – including Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, Part Exchange and Assisted Move. The webinar then moved on to a live Q&A session with questions coming directly from the audience, covering everything from tips for first time buyers to the general costs associated with buying a home.

Viewers were also provided with information about a number of L&Q’s developments including Saxon Reach (Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire) and Birnam Mews (Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire).
