Catalyst to join the Share to Buy Expert Sessions
Share to Buy and Catalyst to host live home-buying webinar
In the second instalment of the Share to Buy Expert Sessions, we’ll be joined by Rachel Papper and Joe Farrington, Area Sales Managers from Catalyst.
Taking place on Thursday 7th May, Your Buying Options During Social Distancing will talk through the options available to you during the current lockdown and discuss how the housing market is responding to the current challenges. There will also be a Q&A opportunity at the end of the session for viewers to ask their questions!
The current climate has impacted the home buying process, however Catalyst have been quick to adapt, providing the tools for first time buyers to take their property hunt online, and find a home they love. Through releasing virtual tours of all their developments, and offering sales appointments over email, phone, and video call, prospective buyers have been able to continue their property search easily. And a testament to their brilliant resources, buyers have continued to reserve properties across all Catalyst developments! They even had their first digital launch weekend at Nova at Queensbury Square, which was a huge success – appointments were fully booked, and there were several reservations.

These sessions will offer tons of information about Shared Ownership and Help to Buy including eligibility and affordability criteria. Viewers who tune in each week will also have access to explanatory presentations, video tours of available homes and live Q&A sessions with industry experts amongst other resources! Alternatively, viewers can also ask their questions during each webinar via an online chat tool.
