What is the London Home Show?

2024 marks 11 years of Share to Buy’s London Home Show, the no.1 event for first time buyers looking to get on the property ladder in London and the Home Counties. To date, we’ve welcomed over 70,000 attendees and look forward to welcoming even more at our autumn 2024 exhibition.

Following the success of our spring event, the London Home Show is back on Saturday 28th September from 10am-5pm at the QEII Centre in Westminster. This will be our 20th live event, and we have an incredible lineup of exhibitors, speakers and live sessions in store. It’s a free event, just make sure to register for your ticket here if you wish to attend.

What is Shared Ownership Week?

Shared Ownership Week is an annual event to raise awareness and celebrate the benefits of Shared Ownership, a buying scheme that can help first time buyers get on the property ladder by purchasing a share in their home. This year, it’s running from Wednesday 25th September to Tuesday 1st October, and the event partners will be available for you to speak to at the London Home Show.

Who is the London Home Show and Shared Ownership Week for?

The London Home Show and Shared Ownership Week aim to provide first time buyers with the information they need to make their homeownership dream a reality. Whether you’re at the beginning of your home–buying journey or you’ve already taken steps along the path of Shared Ownership, you can get advice, tips and insights about the process at both events.

What’s on at the London Home Show Autumn 2024?

  • Over 20 live talks covering three main categories: housing, financial and legal sessions. The housing category will include Share to Buy’s first-ever session, hosted by our Head of Brand & Content, Jade Turnstill.
