Thousands of first time buyers attend the London Home Show

Over 4,800 buyers flocked to Share to Buy’s leading property exhibition

On Saturday 15th April 2023, Share to Buy welcomed over 4,800 attendees to the London Home Show at the QEII Centre in Westminster, celebrating 10 years of the capital’s biggest first time buyer event.

The free event is the capital’s biggest exhibition for first time buyers, and offered attendees the chance to speak with 40 exhibitors all under one roof.

Available homes

Exhibitors included the biggest names in first time buyer developments across London and the Home Counties, including sponsors FABRICA, Guinness Homes, L&Q, Notting Hill Genesis, Peabody, SiteSales, SO Resi, Southern Housing New Homes and Square Roots

A range of alternative housing, alongside mortgage brokers and conveyancing solicitors – including our solicitor sponsor, Dutton Gregory – offered free advice to thousands of hopeful buyers looking to get a foot on the property ladder. Additionally, attendees were able to learn more about quality rental alternatives including London Living Rent.

Budding buyers were invited to attend various workshops and seminars through the event, including Ask the Experts: Shared Ownership 101 sessions, Affordability Workshops with Censeo Financial and numerous First Time Buyer Workshops with HomeViews, Home at Last, Gen H and Dutton Gregory.
