you will need to provide minimum of 3 months’ bank statements
you will need to provide form SA302 (https://www.gov.uk/sa302-tax-calculation)
You must not exceed the maximum preferred number of people in household.
You must be able to pay one months’ rent in advance and one months rent as deposit.
You will have no history of rent arrears from a previous property or have breached the terms of a previous tenancy agreement.
