Welcome to Suffolk

Largely made up of flat, arable land, the East Anglian county of Suffolk offers luscious natural beauty as far as the eye can see.

For the culturally inclined, Suffolk basks in a wonderful artistic scene, with several theatres providing the best of both local and national talent at the likes of The Theatre Royale and New Wosley Theatre. There’s also plenty of speciality museums which celebrate the county’s storied history, alongside places of historical interest that also add a little variety and intrigue to its already green and pleasant land.

On top of that, it also provides a great day out for all the family! Whether you’re looking for something adventurous in the form of a theme park or even skydiving, or prefer to keep things simple with a trip to a park, farm or flea market, there truly is something for everyone.

What is Shared Ownership?

Shared Ownership is a government scheme that allows buyers to purchase a share in a property, usually between 10% and 75%, while paying a reduced market rent to a housing association on the remainder. The scheme gives first time buyers and those that do not currently own a home the opportunity to purchase a share in a new-build or resales property.
